This could be a CrossFit workout as well, but it came from my head so I get to name it what I want. I decided to name it after a song I heard during the workout...hopefully the song remains stuck in your head for the next several hours;)

Same old story, it was hard as hell. Thrusters have to be one of the hardest single exercises in the world. 11:39.
